The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold public input meetings around the state to identify locations for park and ride facilities to serve commuters. DOT personnel will make a presentation on their plan and be available to discuss it with Iowans. Public comment will be accepted through October 16. - From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on September 16 in Waterloo at Street Paul’s United Methodist Church, 207 W. Louise Street.
- From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on September 18 in Council Bluffs at the Charles E. Lakin Human Services Campus, Salvation Army Building, 715 N. 16th Street.
- From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on September 30 in Sioux City at the Sioux City Museum, 607 Fourth Street.
- From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on October 1 in Dubuque at the East Central Intergovernmental Association offices, 7600 Commerce Park.
- From 5 to 7 p.m. on October 2 in North Liberty at the North Liberty Public Library, 520 W. Cherry Street.
- From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on October 7 in Bettendorf at the Bettendorf Public Library, 2950 Learning Campus Drive.
