Through November 25, the State Forest Nursery is offering a “Fast Forest” seedling packet. It includes a combination of the nursery’s five fastest growing species, which are also great for soaking up rainwater and tolerating wet conditions.
Orders for the Fast Forest Packet will include 250 bare-root seedlings for $110, plus tax, shipping and handling. Packets include Silver Maple, River Birch, American Sycamore, Cottonwood and Hybrid Poplar.
